CEO - Marty Caparros

Our founder and CEO Marty Caparros has worked for companies from startup status to multi billion dollar corporations. He progressed rapidly through the corporate world, and has been a member of multiple senior and executive management teams. Marty has 30 years of overall business experience, including 20+ years of management experience and over 15 years as an Executive of several firms, including national and international corporations.  Marty has a Masters Degree in Management/MBA from Penn State as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Currently, he is a PhD candidate for a Doctorate in Organizational Behavior.
